Unexpected kindness amidst challenges
The staff exceeded my expectations, especially Marc at the front desk. His accommodating nature made a world of difference during my stay. The clean rooms were spacious and inviting.
The breakfast service could have been better, as it was rather slow during peak hours. the lack of parking made it a bit inconvenient for us at times.

One simple answer, yes or no?
The location was perfect with many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance the hotel was very clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast service was somewhat unorganized with occasional slow responses and the Wi-Fi was unreliable frustrating during online activities.

the hotel looked almost nice, but really, how is it a 4 star? the halls and rooms are so old and sad, and the elevator only goes to the 8th floor! no help was offered carrying my heavy bags. also, the noise from the generator kept me up at night. i nearly thought it might be good, but just couldn’t.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds. The rooftop pool area was a fantastic place to unwind after exploring the city. The hotel is well-located near a metro station, making it easy to access various attractions with public transport options available.
The breakfast service was a bit slow during peak hours.

Incredible upgrade and spacious room
Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a junior suite that was both spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a wide variety of options like freshly baked breads and local delicacies. The hotel’s proximity to Park Güell was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. I noticed that the hot breakfast selection could use a bit more variety.

If you're on the hunt for local eats, this spot is right in the thick of it! Just a skip away from Maku Sushi, the fresh rolls give you a real taste of Japan, and I couldn't get enough of the vibrant flavors! And can we talk about the rooftop vibe? It’s a nice retreat for those wanting a breather after exploring. The decor in the hotel adds a unique touch that makes your stay feel special.
But, my oh my, the price tag doesn’t match what you get! On top of that, that quirky card system to get into the room had me calling the desk more times than I'd like to admit. And honestly, the noise kept me wide awake–not what you need after a day sightseeing!

It was just a fitting option for a short-term stay in Barcelona with value for money. The staff were friendly and helped me with local restaurant recommendations, which made my visit enjoyable. Make sure to check the local supermarket for snacks and drinks nearby.

Just a good pick for getting around the area in Barcelona with best value. The street noise was at an acceptable level during my stay, which was a relief. Consider using the metro for quick access to city attractions.

missingWrote a review on Jun 22rooftop spacespacious bathroomsflawed air conditioning
Rooftop space offers an intimate vibe, making it a nice retreat for adults. Rooms feature spacious bathrooms with ample storage, providing comfort and convenience during your stay.
The air conditioning operates on a central system, which can lead to discomfort if you find yourself in a too-warm room, especially since it maintains a specific temperature regardless of what's outside. The elevator experience is unnerving, as it shakes during operation, and there's no iron provided in the room, requiring a request to get one. the double bed had a sloped mattress on one side, which made restful sleep a bit tricky.

During my stay, I really enjoyed the easy walk to Parc Güell, which is just under 2 km away, and the vibrant atmosphere of nearby restaurants like Maku sushi and La Taula, both just a few steps from the hotel.
